It’s #WDW – Work Day Wednesdayyyyyyyy! I love when this time of the month rolls around and I can do these posts. First of all, you’re going to hate me because this dress is about a year old and I found it on sale from Banana Republic Factory. I rarely ever shop the regular Banana Republic unless they’re having one of their 50% off sales. I find the best work/church clothes from the factory store and the prices are always amazing. This lime green dress was only $30 bucks and as you can tell, it draws a lot of attention when I wear it. I am sure you’ve noticed that I normally only wear neutrals, but my mom has urged me to broaden my horizons when it comes to color. I think this dress is a step in the right direction. And these shoes! They’re Jessica Simpson and they’re SO comfortable. I wore them out in Dallas a few weekend ago and my feet didn’t hurt at all. That’s how you know you have a legit heel.
I think it is important to find work wear that not only looks great, but works for your body type. I happen to think pencil dresses look great on pretty much everyone, especially when they come with a belt. The great thing about this style dress is that it is sold almost everywhere and at various prices. Another important thing to remember when putting together work wear is that less is more. Since this dress is a bit loud, I wore minimal jewelry and accessories. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find this exact dress for you all, but I tried to pull similar styles. Banana Republic Factory doesn’t have an online site to buy from so I highly suggest stopping by the store to see what they have.
Welp, back to work I go. I hope you have the greatest Wednesday, ever!
